allPIXA SWIR Line Scan Camera and Corona II Illumination
Real time, non-destructive inspection and sorting process with fast line rate and high sensitivity.
The allPIXA SWIR is the first short-wave infrared line scan camera in Chromasens’ allPIXA family.
The state-of-the-art InGaAs sensor in a compact footprint permits integration in a broad range of machine vision applications. The camera covers a wide range of wavelengths, from 950 to 1,700 nm.
allPIXA SWIR offers an uncooled sensor with resolutions of 512 and pixel sizes 25 µm respectively, high sensitivity and a line frequency of 40 kHz. GenICam compliant GigE Vision and CameraLink interfaces allow for an easy integration into existing machine vision systems.
Materials that look identical to the human eye may differ significantly in the SWIR spectrum, as each material absorbs and reflects radiation in a different way. Within the wide wavelength range of the SWIR sensor, many substances can be identified by their typical absorption, reflection, or transmission characteristics, and they can easily be distinguished.
